MEALI (branding + mobile ui)

Here is a school project I worked on in collaboration with Sascha Decrette. Context: As part of a UX/UI design course, we were tasked with designing a mobile application from scratch — including the full branding and user experience. We chose to focus on seasonal cooking, a topic that blends practicality, sustainability, and everyday relevance. For this project, we developed Meali, a mobile recipe app that goes beyond basic instructions. Alongside its clean and playful interface, Meali includes useful built-in tools like a cooking timer and a seasonal produce calendar. The app recommends recipes based on what’s in season, helping users eat better and waste less — all within a warm, user-friendly environment shaped by a fresh and accessible visual identity.
